The Curious Case of Phillipe Nover

That UFC Fight Night card should have been named "Rising Stars" due to the caliber of up and coming talent on the card and the main event of Melvin Guillard vs. Nate Diaz. However, the perfectly matched lightweight bout between Nover and Stout would never occur.
